Today we honor the fallen — the men and women who gave their lives in service to this nation. We carry their memory with us not just today, but in the way we choose to show up for one another every single day.
On this Memorial Day, as we launch Mental Health Awareness Week, we want to take a moment to honor two members of the Tranquil Innovations family who embody the intersection of service and healing.
Reggie Young, LCSW served in the United States Navy before dedicating his career to mental health and wellness. As a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, Reggie brings both the lived experience of a veteran and the clinical expertise of a seasoned professional to every person he serves. He understands — from the inside — what it means to carry invisible weight, and he has devoted his life to helping others set it down.
Dr. Latrice L. Love, PsyD, LCMHC is Tranquil Innovations' Clinical and Wellness Collaborative Partner. Her work is rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and an unwavering belief that every person deserves to heal. Dr. Love brings a depth of knowledge and a warmth of spirit that has transformed countless lives across our community.
We are honored to have both of them in the Tranquil Innovations family. Their service — in uniform and in the clinic — is a reminder of why this work matters.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we dedicate our work to every person who has ever served, every family who has ever waited, and every community that deserves better access to care. We are here. We are committed. And we are just getting started.
