Service Description

If things feel unstable right now — whether at home, in your daily routine, or in your community — you don't have to figure it out alone. This intake is your first step toward Community Alternative Supports (CAS) through Tranquil Innovations. We sit down with you, listen to where you are, and work together to map out the support you need to build stability and stay grounded in your home and community. During this intake, we will: - Learn about your current situation, strengths, and goals - Identify what support would be most helpful for you - Coordinate appropriate non-clinical and clinical services - Connect you to the right team members to begin your support plan We serve individuals and families across South Carolina — Fort Mill, Marion, Columbia, Florence, Chester, and beyond. We meet you where you are, in your community, at your pace. This is a free intake session. No commitment required.
